Questions and problems

Open a ticket in the support portal:

getbestest.com/support

A good ticket says what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot and your Space key (for example KAN) help us find it faster. Never paste an API token into a ticket.

Is BesTest down?

Check the status page before anything else. It shows current incidents, planned maintenance and past uptime, and you can subscribe to updates:

Feature ideas

Ideas are welcome on the ideas board. Use Give Feedback at the top:
